Unattended Milling Operation - Automation with HMI

The Micron-Master® jet pulverizer system can be ordered with an integrated Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Panel. The primary purpose of the control system is to allow for unattended operation of the jet mill by controlling and monitoring the system performance. The panel includes a PLC, HMI interface, and visual & audible alarms. A color HMI screen displays the alarm(s) listing the specific area(s) where an abnormal condition is detected. Automatic shutdown of the process occurs if critical parameters are not within the defined ranges. This Control Package can be expanded to include features such as automated start-up, system controls, calling for a feeder hopper refill, and additional I/O.
