MECO ExPac Model Shaft Seal

MECO Ex-PAC custom-engineered shaft seals excel in some of the least hospitable process environments. Ex-PAC seals are often used on extruder-compounders, reactors, dryers and other equipment where aggressive solvents and other chemicals are present. They can be used in applications where there is extensive thermal growth of the shaft, or where axial shaft movements are occasionally necessary for adjusting machine clearances.

Ex-PAC seals are available fully-split, and can be designed with either an elastomeric drive or patented mechanical drive system, according to process conditions.
