Isolation Systems designs, engineers and manufactures the most versatile line of both Modular Cleanrooms and Process Enclosures in the industry. Our systems are designed and engineered to meet all existing Federal and ISO standards for clean enclosures. Support frames and modular wall panel structures are available in a variety of materials, including, Stainless Steel, Clear Anodized Aluminum, or Mild Structural steel with Bonderized Polyurethane coating or Electrostatic Powder Coated Epoxy finishes in a variety of colors. These pre-fabricated structures can be enclosed by Clear Flexible PVC in strip or solid curtain wall or a variety of rigid materials such as, Clear Acrylic, Polycarbonate, and rigid PVC or tempered Safety Glass. All materials are available in Anti-Static formulations. ISI offers three types of Clear Anodize Aluminum curtain
suspension systems ,Flat wall ,In-Jamb or Grid suspended these systems are easy release clamp to bead attachment providing simple curtain mantainence and replacement Our Ceiling Grid component suspension systems are Clear Anodized Extruded Aluminum with pre-gasketed TGrid & Wall Bar all section connections are interlocking and rigid. All ceiling systems are self supporting by design. Laminar/Unidirectional air flow is provided by self-contained modular ceiling suspended HEPA or ULPA Fan Filter systems. Ceiling Filtration systems are available in a wide variety of sizes that will conform to all coverage and classification requirements.
