Class 100 Laminar Flow Hoods & Consoles

Isolation Systems Inc. Designs, Engineers & Manufactures a complete line of Laminar Flow, Containment, Recirculating & Exhaust Hoods. All hoods maintain Class 100 / ISO level 5 within work area. All hoods and work stations are tested and Certified per Fed Std 209E, IEST-RP-CC-002-2, ASHRAE Sec 16, NSF/ANSI standards as application requires. All Isolation Systems Inc. equipment conforms to USP-797. All hoods are equipped with HEPA Filtration 99.99% eff @.3 microns with Knife Edge to Gel sealant to insure filter seal integrity and prevent air by-pass. ULPA filtration 99.9995% eff @ .12 microns is also available for all hoods and work stations. Isolation Systems Inc manufactures our Hoods and Work Stations exclusively in 16 ga steel both Mild Steel with Polyurethane or epoxy coating or 304 and 316L stainless steel with # 4 finish. Acid resistant Polypropylene construction and interior liners are also available for all hoods and work stations. All down flow and exhausting hoods can be equipped with either counterbalanced lifting sashes or bi-fold shields. All hoods are configured for easy service installation.
ISI Sales, Design & Engineering staff will work along side our customers from project inception through final validation and certification. Our factory trained technicians will work with you to install equipment on site as well as process related devices or services that may be required within our Hoods or Consoles.
