Isolation Systems Inc. Designs, Engineers and Manufactures a complete line of Material Transfer and Personnel Entry, Decontamination and Airlock Systems specifically engineered for Cleanroom and Aseptic area control. All systems are Modular in design and construction, making them highly adaptable and easily customized to meet the most demanding installation, loading, personnel and material flow requirements. These systems can be shipped either fully assembled or components allowing assembly within the most constraining spatial conditions. Material of construction is 16 ga. 304 or 316L Stainless Steel or Epoxy coated Mild Steel. All systems provide coved interior corners or sloped surfaces for ease of cleaning and wipe down. Our Material transfer Systems are offered in Static Airlock and Positive
Pressure or Recirculating Class 100 Laminar Flow configurations. We offer our Personnel Entry systems in High Velocity Air Shower, Misting Shower and Static Air -Lock or Class 100 recirculating operational configurations. Our Portable Material Transfer Carts are powered by rechargeable battery or direct power source. These systems
are also offered in both Positive Pressure and Recirculating Class 100 operation. All systems are available with mechanical or electromechanical door interlocks. Custom designed systems are our specialty.
