Dalemark Industries, Inc., a leader in coding, Printing & product handling systems for Industrial and Consumer Packaging is pleased to announce the release of its new Series 7050-TT/AUTO-FPLPA Automatic Flat Product Label Print & Labeling System . This unique and compact assembly is a compact, heavy duty automatic Label Printer/Applicator developed specifically to feed a wide range of flat products automatically and then apply a thermally printed paper or synthetic pressure sensitive label  to the product while in motion. Prints are crisp and indelible and label registration is exact via a Stepper Driven Wipe-Down (Tamp Optional) Applicator. Suitable products include flat straight tuck cartons, cards, sleeves, pouches and envelopes.

• 7” Touch Screen Control Panel for all Conveyor and Labeler set-up & operational functions
• Utilizes ZEBRA ® ZE511 or 521 300 dpi Print Engines
• Maximum label sizes up to 6.5” W x 12" L (w/Opt. 6” Engine)
• Continuous delivery of flat products through a friction in-feed conveyor
• Simple label and product changeover to accommodate various package sizes from 2" x 2" x .004" up to 10" x 16" x .030”
• Hand Adjustable Product Guides and Labeling Head Adjustments
• Stepper Driven Label Applicator provides excellent label registration
• Includes a Count-Up Product Counter to indicate production count. A batch counter can be added to ensure only the exact amount of packages are marked for distribution and eliminating overruns.
• Includes a Stainless Steel Product Accumulator Tray with Adjustable Magnetic Guides.
