Advanced Scientifics, Inc. (ASI) specializes in the manufacture of medical devices, biopharmaceutical bags and tubing assemblies, custom injection and insert molding. It's core competencies include: automation and assembly (manual assembly and automation; solvent and UV bonding; ultrasonic welding; fixture and jig design; bar and tray sealing; laser engraving; robotic equipment; UV and visible light curing tunnels); single-use systems for cell therapy; closed system technology; design and prototyping; drug delivery products; fluid management; instrumentation and device interfacing; mature product outsourcing; precision injection molding; product and project management; and, more.

From product development through sterile packaging, ASI offers a “Single Source Supplier” option for its customers. Its products are used in a variety of different applications; injection and insert molded components are used mainly as components in medical bags, tubing assemblies and other medical devices for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. All of ASI's medical and biopharmaceutical bag manufacturing is completed in a Class 10,000 clean room; injection and insert molding is performed in a Class 100,000 clean room.
