The Atlas Vac Model 15:18/15:18S is known for being available in single and dual shuttle configuration in our smallest footprint saving space within your clean room. It is available in simple manual shuttle/manual regulator configuration or with electric auto shuttle/auto regulator and ISO 13849 CE rated light curtains.

All Atlas Vac Light Curtain ISO 13849 equipped tray sealers are CE marked.  For safe hands free operation and fast through-put you cannot find a more rugged tray sealer. Atlas Vac has also taken the next step to include Barcode scanning and Data Logging for a complete Audit Trail (downloadable) of not only the dynamic sealing cycle data but also Operator ID’s & PW, sign-ins, PW changes, recipe changes, alarms, date, time and odometer reading all on a 10” color screen.

Atlas Vac tray sealers provide the ability to directly connect to time, pressure and temperature signals while reading these values on the 10” color touch screen.  Individual alignment adjustments can be made to each individual J Type Special Tolerance thermocouple while reading results in your calibration meter. Pressure control and readout similarly can be read on your calibration device while adjusting the sealer values on screen.  Of course, all calibration capabilities are PW protected AND tracked on the sealer’s Audit Trail data log.
