It has been a difficult process to order products from this company, even going so far as to beg the sales representative for an order to be made for my company. The main person of contact, Sandra, has been very disagreeable and won't reply to requests most of the time. It is very hard to get in touch with this company, and I have no idea why. We want to pay for a product and this company has driving us in loops to get this done.
