TMI ACQUIRES SIMPLEX ISOLATION SYSTEMS

September 30 ,  2013,  Pittsburgh,  PA   – TMI  International,  LLC,  a  Pittsburgh,  PA -­‐ based,   leading  international  supplier  of  workplace  environmental  management  systems  and   other  PVC -­‐ based  products,  announced  today  that  they  have  acquired  the  assets  of   Simplex  Isolation  Systems. Since  1979,  Simplex,  headquartered  in  Fontana,  CA  has  been  a  manufacturer  of  PVC   strip  doors,  industrial  curtains  and  custom  cleanroom  environmental  control  and  data   center  energy  management  systems  and  accessories.
