Libertyville, IL – Meyer’s UDV-Universal Duty Valves are designed for economical and reliable material metering and airlock service. The housing design increases volumetric capacities while still providing the same flange to flange height and bolt pattern as the HDX Series. The UDV valves are available with square or round flanges; they feature rugged castings and larger shaft diameters than competition.
Ideal for pollution control applications in wood, grain, food, textile, paper, tobacco, rubber, and paint industries, the UDV valve is ideal for Baghouse, Cyclone, and Pneumatic Conveying applications where temperatures do not exceed 350°F and pressure differentials are less than 7 PSI. Valves can either be of cast iron or stainless steel construction. We stock 6’’ to 14’’ round or square flange designs.
