The AVIA Proofreading System enhances the performance of human proofreaders by unburdening them from tedious inspection. AVIA increases speed, accuracy, throughput, and productivity.

AVIA compares combinations of electronic files and scanned documents, PDF and other electronic files, scanned documents, proofs, bluelines, plates, inserts, outserts, cartons and labels.

The system inspects all aspects of a document, language-independent text, graphics, chemical formulae, charts and pictures. 36"x48" documents are compared in less than 30 seconds. AVIA corrects for paper stretch distortion, bleed through and scanner variations and provides automated document alignment and registration. The system produces a difference list and PDF or HTML reports.
