Flex Picker type robot systems can be fed via the pouch feed system a typical flow wrapper and cartoning machine can be loaded directly without the aid of an operator. Feed speeds of up to 400 per minute are possible and the system can even condition crumpled or crushed packages to their original shape. Higher feed speeds and ultra fast product changeover between different packages are all possible.
