Eurotherm bailed one of my customers out of a tight jam. When their 500T Ube went down my customer had trouble getting the OEM to respond. Eurotherm offered their Maco Compact to solve the problem and are deliverying and installing the system in record time. The customer has placed orders for Eurotherm Maco Compacts on three more of their machines.
