BMT Steripro steam sterilizers are designed for production in pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities where repeatability is an important criteria. Steripro sterilizers are state-of-the-art in design and utilize high-grade vacuum pumps, the highest quality instrumentation and industry standard PLC control systems to ensure repeatable cycles regardless of changing environmental conditions. Temperature distribution within the chamber is better than +/- 0.5C. Steripro sterilizers can be equipped with a combination of programmable cycles utilizing vacuum such as dry goods, porous materials, wrapped goods, stoppers, hoses, filling machine parts etc. Solution cycles utilizing gravity for effectively sterilizing liquids in vented containers or solution cycles with air overpressure and water in the jacket during cooling for sealed liquids, can be equipped.
