Weigh and Dispense
The CPS discharge station provides gravity transfer from IBC to screw feeder. A frame supports the IBC and load cells provide the container weight. The control panel provides net weight for the remaining material and during filling. The unit incorporates a feeder into the bottle supported on a scale below the feeder outlet. Variable frequency controller allows adjusted feed rate and the scale has a loss/gain cutoff feature to attain a desired set point weight. The discharge station can be customized for various size bins and material weight.
