Enerquip’s bayonet immersion heaters are an efficient way to heat, cool, or control the temperature of an entire tank of contents. Unlike shell-and-tube heat exchangers or suction heaters, which heat or cool the product as it moves through a system, these heaters work directly within the tank. Bayonet heaters are equipped with a tube sheet, tube bundle, and bonnet with utility connections. The tube bundle is fully immersed in the tank’s product, maximizing heating efficiency and performance.

Designed for durability with either carbon steel, stainless steel, or higher alloys, Enerquip’s bayonet heaters handle harsh conditions—including high temperatures, corrosive materials, and heavy-duty usage. Their simple design offers easy maintenance and inexpensive installation. To install, bayonet heaters are simply inserted directly into the tank through a flange. With a simple utility hookup, they’re ready to go.
