Drugdu.com (Ddu) to attend the PHAR-MED EXPO 2017

The 5th Myanmar International Medical Equipment, Hospital and Pharmaceutical Exhibition ( PHAR-MED EXPO 2017 ) will be held in Myanmar’s capital, Yangon, during July 5 – 7, 2017.     Drugdu.com(“Ddu”), the first global pharmaceuticals and medical devices B2B online platform, will be participating in the exhibition to showcase the new method of cross-border medical trade from China.

The 5th Myanmar International Medical Equipment, Hospital and Pharmaceutical Show (PHAR-MED EXPO 2017, “Myanmar Medical Exhibition”) is Myanmar’s largest and most professional medical equipment and pharmaceutical exhibition whose exhibits range from pharmaceuticals , raw material , pharmaceutical equipment to medical material processing equipment. The exhibition is expected to bring together exhibitors of 70 industries from 16 countries and regions, attracting more than 1,500 professional visitors.  

  Myanmar is known to be underdeveloped in regards to health care with low production capacity and efficiency of drugs thus, 85% of all drugs for the country’s 53 million people, are imported. At the same time, a succession of measures have been introduced by the government of Myanmar to meet the domestic needs of health care, which presents a great opportunity for manufacturers from China to expand the  Myanmar pharmaceutical market  here.

Ddu will participate in this exhibition and concentrate on matching cross-border suppliers and buyers. Based on the sourcing requests at the exhibition, Ddu will be recommending products to buyers in order to assist suppliers in opening up the pharmaceutical market in Myanmar.
