MonoBiologics is a Waterford-based supplier of single-use and hygienic process equipment to the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Founded in 2020, the company is located in the south-east of Ireland, within short reach of one of the densest concentrations of biologics manufacturing capacity in Europe. The business does two things. It distributes an established portfolio of single-use and hygienic process components, held in depth so that customers get short, predictable lead times rather than long factory schedules. And it applies its own in-house design, liquid silicone rubber (LSR) overmolding and assembly capability to take those components through to complete flow path assemblies and fully integrated process systems. That combination means a customer can source a single valve, a validated flow path, or a commissioned skid from one accountable supplier.

All single-use wetted components are supplied to USP Class VI biocompatibility standards, with full traceability and regulatory documentation to support customer validation programmes. Supply is global.

WHAT WE SUPPLY

Pinch Valves — ARTēVA® Series
Manual, pneumatic and motorised pinch valves for single-use tubing applications, with a clamp-on reusable 316L stainless steel body, tool-free installation, visible position indicator and IP65 ingress protection. The motorised variant runs on 24V DC with 704-step microstepping resolution and suits ¼" to 1" ID tubing.


Single-Use Valves
The VannX™ motorised single-use diaphragm valve delivers ±0.3 PSI flow control precision on 24V DC electric actuation, with no compressed air infrastructure required. SoloCheck single-use check valves prevent backflow and are available in multiple port and tubing configurations. Vanneflow single-use valve manifolds are also supplied.

Single-Use Pumps — PIXER® Series
A positive displacement single-use diaphragm pump with near-pulseless, ultra-low shear flow. Flow range 0.73 mL to 240 L/min, viscosities to 3,000 cP, maximum operating pressure 6 bar. Suited to duties where peristaltic pumps fall short — viscous media transfer, TFF permeate pumping and shear-sensitive biological fluids.

Diaphragm Valves — AquaSyn® Series
A full hygienic diaphragm valve range covering two-way, actuated, zero static tee, tank bottom, point-of-use, multi-divert, sampling, GMP, biotech and instrumented Fusion designs, plus diaphragms and custom-designed bodies.

Single-Use Flow Path Assemblies
Bespoke single-use fluid path assemblies integrating pumps, valves, bags, sensors and overmolded connectors into one tested, validated assembly engineered to the customer's process specification, designed and built in-house.
