The model CPC4000 industrial pressure controller / calibrator provides a quick and easy way to calibrate process pressure instruments. A precise pressure output is controlled and measured via the intuitive color touchscreen interface. Quickly control to predefined set points for each pressure device that is being tested, use sequences to automate , or communicate with a PC for complete automation and data gathering for calibration certificates and record keeping. The CPC4000 offers up to two customer defined ranges from -15 … 3,045 psi (-1 … 210 bar). This instrument is available as a desktop or in a 19" rack-mounting kit. An optional barometer is available for displaying barometric pressure or can be used to emulate gauge or absolute pressure. In addition, the CPC4000 has a built in configurable leak testing feature with pass fail indication. Automation of calibration procedures saves time and money and helps to produce quality products efficiently.
