Some of the main features of the tube fillers include - * Vertical product dosing which helps in easy suction * bottom-up filling coupled with a shut-off nozzle which ensures accurate and clean fill without air entrapment * an absolutely smooth indexer along with the rotary turret adds to the rigidity and helps in maintaining equal level of tube at the various working stations. Options include saddle fold, multi-colour filling, profiled seal, gas flushing (before & after filling) and servo drives in some of the stations. All machines are CE compliant and follow strict cGMP standards.
