FIBC Filling
Dec’s FIBC filling stations offer a wide range of packaging solutions, from simple inflatable gaskets to advanced liner systems that can be integrated into a glove box when required. Designed with a modular approach, the filling systems can be configured to meet specific process and containment requirements.
Dec provides complete technical solutions for filling big bags directly from process equipment such as dryers or mixers. Depending on the application, the filling system can incorporate sieving, milling, and high-precision dispensing capabilities.
Each station is tailored to the powder characteristics, containment requirements, facility layout, and desired filling accuracy. It can also be equipped with a variety of docking systems, up to OEB 5, to achieve the required level of containment.
Filling can be performed either by gravity, when sufficient installation height is available, or remotely when headroom beneath the equipment is limited, or when multiple process units need to be discharged through a single filling station.
