FIBC Decompacting Station
The Decompacting Big Bag Station (DBBS) is an advanced material conditioning system designed to safely break up compacted powders inside big bags before discharge. By eliminating lumps, bridging, and blockages, it ensures consistent material flow to downstream processes, reducing production interruptions and improving overall process efficiency.
Using a powerful hydraulic conditioning system, the DBBS applies controlled, evenly distributed force to loosen hardened material without damaging the bag. Suitable for big bags weighing up to 2,000 kg, it accommodates a wide range of powder types and can be configured for various bag and pallet sizes, making it ideal for diverse industrial applications.
A liftable scissor table with a 90° indexed rotating platform provides stable positioning and ergonomic handling throughout the conditioning cycle, improving operator comfort and simplifying bag replacement. The system also features intuitive HMI-based process control with automated operating recipes, enabling reliable, repeatable, and fully automated operation with minimal operator intervention.
Designed for demanding production environments, the DBBS incorporates comprehensive safety features, including light curtains, safety bumpers, and protected service modes.
