BioDec® is an advanced hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) decontamination system for isolators and airlocks, utilizing innovative aerosolized dry-fog technology to deliver fast, reliable, and fully validated bio-decontamination. By generating a fine, uniform H₂O₂ aerosol through pressurized nozzles, the system achieves superior surface coverage, predictable cycle development, and a validated 6-log spore reduction, ensuring the highest sterility assurance for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

The four-phase automated process—preconditioning, conditioning, decontamination, and catalytic aeration—provides rapid, repeatable cycles while minimizing H₂O₂ consumption and energy use compared to conventional vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) systems. Integrated catalytic panels and HEPA-filtered airflow rapidly reduce residual H₂O₂ levels to below 1 ppm, allowing faster return to production.
