In one step, the Frewitt DelumpWitt is a single, in-line process for both crushing and milling. The unit is a cGMP design and easily breaks down and cleans up between products. You could put blocks of material (ie: as large as solidified 50 lb. bags of material) that have become hardened over time into this system and in one pass, it will easily and quickly break it up and mill it down to a free flowing powder. Built with flexibility and versatility in mind; there are many options for the rotor and sieve configuration which allows for quick optimization and multi-product use. It is capable of handling a very broad scope of applications ranging from all types of dry to wet powders. Successful applications include metformin, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, solid blocks of ice, etc.
