Crushing and milling in one machine.

The Frewitt FlexMill CC3 crusher , with a quick simple change of the tooling, is also the FlexMill OW-3 oscillating mill.

After crushing the product in a first-step, an operator can easily remove the crusher tooling, replacing it with OscilloWitt mill tools, hence reducing a product from up to 6 inches to a final size of 250 µm, with a single machine. It is specially designed to mill, as well as deagglomerate heat-sensitive and difficult-to-process products. Capable of handling a very broad scope of applications ranging from all types of dry to wet powders. The unit is a cGMP design and easily breaks down and cleans up between products.
